Above are photos showing, in part, the development of a continuing draft narrative - begun in April ‘25 - where local, fleeting reality-based observations are morphed into surreal vignettes, which are subsequently woven into a contemporary folktale style, poetic narrative of quarters.

Part I - the first quarter - tells the story of the Blue Moon who rises and falls, haunted by shadows and hunted by an angel. While in Part II - the second quarter - we meet the enigmatic Medway King, and the Moon Spider - who weaves a golden-threaded web that ultimately leads to her unexpected transformation…and as for the third quarter, Part III…well, that is in the process of being written as we speak…
