I am a Medway and Kent based artist with a ‘Nucleus’ studio located in the historic town of Rochester. In recent years, I use the medium of painting, words, objects and illustrations to explore the duality between permanence and transience in our world.

Attempting to capture everyday fleeting moments has become integral to my practice through the use of metaphorical writings, readymade/created objects, paintings and printed images that include some references to historical and current artists’ works. These are then curated into a ‘working wall’ mind map format that tends to morph itself into loose, ‘folktale’ style narratives which are open to interpretation, and very much their own entity.
